Photo Requirements

Learn which vehicle and damage photos are needed to prepare an accurate report.
You should provide clear photos of the vehicle, the damaged areas, the VIN, and any relevant details requested during submission. Wider photos and close-up images help us understand both the location and extent of the damage.
Take photos in good lighting and make sure the damaged area is clearly visible and in focus. Avoid reflections, shadows, obstructions, and images taken from too far away. Multiple angles are recommended.
Submit the clearest photos you can and explain which area cannot be accessed. We will review the available information and let you know if anything else is required. Damage that is not visible may require an in-person inspection.

Insurance-Quality Collision Repair Estimates start at $49.99 for minor damage. Final pricing depends on the extent and complexity of the damage. Total Loss Valuation Reports are available for a fixed price of $149.00.
