Learn which vehicle and damage photos are needed to prepare an accurate report.
You should provide clear photos of the vehicle, the damaged areas, the VIN, and any relevant details requested during submission. Wider photos and close-up images help us understand both the location and extent of the damage.
Take photos in good lighting and make sure the damaged area is clearly visible and in focus. Avoid reflections, shadows, obstructions, and images taken from too far away. Multiple angles are recommended.
Submit the clearest photos you can and explain which area cannot be accessed. We will review the available information and let you know if anything else is required. Damage that is not visible may require an in-person inspection.

Insurance-Quality Collision Repair Estimates are a fixed price of $49.99. Total Loss Valuation Reports are $149.00 and Diminished Value Claim Reports are $199.00. You pay once at checkout, with no hidden fees.
