To order, you complete the order form, upload the requested photos and documents, and pay at checkout. An account is created for you so you can follow your order and download your report. Our reports are professional opinions prepared from photos, documents and market data. They are not a physical inspection of the vehicle. We are not an insurance company, a licensed public adjuster or a law firm, and our reports are not legal advice. We do not guarantee that any insurance company, court or third party will accept a report, or that you will receive a specific settlement amount.
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details. All prices are in US dollars.

The Site and its content belong to AutoBodyEstimate. Reports are provided for your personal use in connection with your vehicle and claim. You may share a report with your insurer, attorney or repair shop, but you may not resell it or present it as your own work.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoBodyEstimate is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions made by you, your insurer or any third party based on a report. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time of your order applies to that order.
